Any order placed on the site implies full, complete, and unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the Customer. The Customer acknowledges that they had the opportunity to review them and expressly confirms acceptance before order validation.
3. Products and services
- Printed poster in the selected format (60×80 cm, 80×60 cm, 160×120 cm) with a unique QR code.
- Dedicated listing page published on the site after moderation.
- Monthly visibility extensions and additional photo packs.
The Seller reserves the right to modify the composition of its offer at any time, without prejudice to orders already confirmed.
4. Prices
Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes (incl. VAT). French VAT at the applicable rate applies. Prices may be changed at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
Promotional codes communicated by the Seller are strictly personal, non-cumulative, and limited in time.
5. Ordering
The Customer places the order online after creating a seller account. The order becomes firm and final after payment confirmation by our payment processor.
6. Payment
Payment is made exclusively online via the secure Stripe Payments Europe Ltd solution, compliant with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. The Seller never stores card data.
A compliant invoice is issued automatically after payment confirmation, sent by email to the Customer and accessible from the customer area. It states the amount excl. tax, VAT, any reductions (promo codes), and the total incl. tax.
7. Delivery and lead times
The printed poster is shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer. Unless otherwise indicated, communicated delivery times are indicative. The Seller notifies the Customer by email of the main stages (print queued, printing, shipped).
In accordance with article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Seller delivers the product on the date or within the period indicated to the Customer. Failing that, the Seller delivers without undue delay and at the latest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Consumer Customer has a 14-day period from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
The exception provided for in article L.221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code applies: the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised (for example: a poster printed to order with content, photo, and QR code specific to the Customer). In this case, the Customer is informed of the loss of their right of withdrawal before validation and expressly consents thereto by validating the order.
For non-personalised services (e.g. extension), if the Customer expressly requests immediate provision of the service before the end of the withdrawal period, they will be liable for the amount corresponding to the service already provided.
9. Statutory warranties
Products benefit, by operation of law and independently of any commercial warranty, from the following statutory warranties:
- Statutory warranty of conformity (articles L.217-3 to L.217-17 of the French Consumer Code).
- Warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
The Customer may invoke these warranties by contacting contact@directoffice.fr. Return costs are borne by the Seller in case of proven defect.
10. Liability
The Seller may not be held liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product, force majeure, the act of a third party, or the act of the Customer. Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order.
11. Personal data
Personal data collected in connection with the order is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, accessible from the site footer.
12. Mediation and dispute resolution
In accordance with article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use the consumer mediation service free of charge. Before any referral, the Customer must have attempted to resolve the dispute directly with the Seller by written claim to contact@directoffice.fr.
The Customer may also use the European online dispute resolution platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Governing law
These Terms are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and except for the application of a mandatory rule protecting the consumer, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
